This inherently does not make sense:
For #1 please use the same logic as the standard "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference (SG1)" calculation in the same study, except diagonally.

The total Ask Volume and Bid Volume are known for a chart bar and the difference is calculated between them. You cannot do this diagonally. The only kind of logic that we can think of that would make sense is to calculate at each price level the difference between Ask Volume and Bid Volume diagonally and then sum those differences.

The reason this has gotten delayed is because the request is inherently confusing and unclear.

These are impossible to add without extensive work and complexity and we would not do that even for full payment which could be at least 1000 USD. It is completely out of consideration.
