This is if you want to use Visual C++ and compile locally: - why there is an "install compiler" button ?

Yes but the source code is deleted immediately after.where is this file (windows.h) ? This is a Microsoft compiler issue. We do not provide support for the compiler so we cannot help with that. You should use the Remote Build feature. It is easiest.
