The Trade Activity Log Order Action Source field makes it very clear that a Flatten Action was manually invoked from this particular chart: CL-201701-NYMEX [M] Point & Figure 10-3 #12 | User order entry. Flatten&Cancel This could have been by pressing the Flatten button, using the keyboard command, or using the Chart Trade Shortcut menu. The lag is not the cause of the issue.
