We have put out version 1499 which may or may not resolve this problem. There is some potential evidence, but far from definitive, that the issue could be in the Open SSL library which Sierra Chart uses. This is a library which we did not develop. We have reverted back in version 1499 a recent change with the Open SSL library which then solved a problem that one user was having. Once again, this is not definitive. This change actually is something that would have affected several recent versions of Sierra Chart and not just the one particular version the user reported the problem with.
