One other thing, if you opened a Chartbook and it does not have the configuration that it had previously, then there are backup Chartbooks available: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File What the reason was for the problem, we do not know because we do not know exactly what you were doing and what you did. And what kind of system issues you may have had. I am using your platform for an evaluation for a mass purchase. I have used your platform successfully last week and over the week had to rebuild my set up. In doing so, I am now not able to get live/streaming data in order to trade. I have wasted my entire morning trying to fix this problem (w/o a chance to trade and successfully trade/use the platform). Tech support has been slow to respond, and when they have have been have not provided useful information to fix the problem. Now I am being told they can't help as I don't have a broker. Can you help me or should I take my business elsewhere?
