We do know about the 400 milliseconds. Implementing millisecond support properly does take a lot of considerations and various small changes in many areas of Sierra Chart which have not been done yet. All has to be considered carefully. We had to limit this to 400 milliseconds to avoid getting close to 500 milliseconds or over which can cause problems with how time values are rounded now.
