We think we may have a temporary solution for you. Follow the instructions here and install version 1480 https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#Rollback It could be that the updated C++ Rithmic API that Sierra Chart is using has the compatibility problem with Vista even though they say they do not support anything earlier than Windows 7. 1480 does not use the newest API from Rithmic. So the problem may be solved this by using 1480 or earlier. Let us know if that works. This at least will get you working for now. However, it is in your interest, to update some of your systems to Windows 7 or later. This is good to do regardless of this issue.
