It has everything to do with Rithmic and whoever you spoke with there is not aware of the technical problem. They should be fully well aware that their latest C++ API simply does not work on Windows Vista due to interacting with a function which does not exist. We know what we are talking about and we are more qualified to explain this than a non-technical person at Rithmic. And you can actually validate this yourself by going to the C:\SierraChart\Rim folder and running the program DTCBridge.exe. You will immediately see an error indicating a missing function in a particular DLL. Tell us what that error message is. If you do not see the error message, then let us know what you do see if anything. If you want a refund, let us know. But we really think it is best if you use CQG because the integration to CQG is technically better. We can put you in contact with a couple of brokers who support CQG if your current one does not.
