The problem is you are running Windows Vista and that is not supported by Rithmic as is explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Rithmic.php Please understand it is Rithmic policy that more than two years ago they dropped support for all operating systems prior to Windows 7. Technically their software does not run on Vista. That is the problem. We cannot explain why the Rithmic R |Trader is working for you. So we cannot help at all with that. Does your broker support the CQG trading platform service?: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/CQGTrading.php If so, you can changeover to CQG which is preferred. Until you get this resolved we can extend the usage time on your Sierra Chart account to make up for the time you cannot use it.
