I don't understand, as its working for any time period with four other contract pairs, just the crude is causing issues. Here http://www.screencast.com/t/y14kqGiT First is the GCLF7 (Crude) issue with periods above and below 5 minutes Gold is then seen working fine with periods above and below 5 minutes, Interesting that when the period is lower than 5, Gold, GGCG7, takes a couple seconds for "calculating studies", shows the same vertical bars as crude does, but only momentarily, and then fills out the range. On the ES chart, it just works with any period, without the momentary "calculating studies". would it help if the chartbook was sent to SC support? |
