I thought it was working properly That was a premature conclusion. It just did not act up for a while. I have completed the following steps in help topic 4 with no success. 4.1 - reconnected. 4.2 - adjusted chart update interval and quote board intervals globally to 500ms. 4.3 - windows defender is disabled - All other anti-malware/virus has been disabled as well. - all custom studies have been removed from chart - CPU usage is <5% at its spikes 4.4 - NA 4.5 - Quoteboard and Dom are producing timely updates. 4.6 - Followed the steps and verified that the last trade price in the quote board is keeping up with the time. I never had any of these issues stated in previous posts before when using interactive brokers platfrom feed or sc data feed. Also The other DTC instance I am using for the Sierra chart forex feed is not experiencing these issues. |
