In regards to not receiving historical Intraday data, this is the reason: HD Request # 16 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for F.US.ZNAZ16. Time and sales data for instrument F.US.ZNA (corresponding to ID = 24) is not allowed.Result=103. Num Quotes=0 | 2016-11-09 20:26:05 You need to ask your broker to authorize your account for historical data. When that is done, reconnect to the data feed and re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. If you still do not receive historical data, then they did not authorize your account for historical data. In this case, contact them again and tell them to contact CQG for assistance.
