In response to post #4, this is very unusual. We think we remember this, and it is not something other users are having. There is no help we can provide with this ourselves. However, thinking about this some more, if you are running the CQG platform connected to your same account, that is the reason for the disconnection. You cannot use both at the same time. At least we do not think so.
