Hi. My data doesn't seem to be updating in real-time, either. Candles seem frozen. I've gone through all the steps under Help/FAQ, including rollover, time settings, checking Current Quote Window, update data from server and checking my firewall settings. If I disconnect & reconnect it will refresh and show the current price but still won't update after that. No error in the Message Log. What else can I do? I currently have Service Package 5 and no live account with any broker.
