Are solely intended as a pre-response to prevent a further response from a user saying something like "well I don't see this with another program, so you should be able to fix it." And we also will acknowledge, that the response from us which clearly indicates we simply do not want to get involved in this, can deter other bug reports about something that is genuine. However, that is the reason why we said this: Users need to realize the consequences of doing things like removing title bars and scrollbars and menus. The operating system does not handle these things very well. And we are not going to waste our valuable time chasing after these problems that we have no control over.
To indicate the nature of the problem.We have been working very hard lately catching up on overdue development, improving performance and fixing existing problems. While we are not always perfect, we work very hard to deliver reliable software and services which are trustworthy and stable. like we said we are not perfect, and we do make mistakes but when we do and we become aware of them, we are taking care of them quickly. We are not doing stupid things like Microsoft botching user interfaces like they have with Windows 8 and higher and their new Visual Studio. It is sickening the things that Microsoft is doing.
