This is most definitely something we are not going to get involved with. Either this is being controlled by the operating system or there is a certain reason why this happens. Users need to realize the consequences of doing things like removing title bars and scrollbars and menus. The operating system does not handle these things very well. And we are not going to waste our valuable time chasing after these problems that we have no control over. And if you find another program that works well for you, then use another one.
