The problem remains exactly the same:

SC Data - All Services | Using username 0 | 2016-11-08 11:14:30
SC Data - All Services | Connecting to the server ds1.sierracharts.com. Port 443 | 2016-11-08 11:14:30
Socket (0) | Resolved address ds1.sierracharts.com to IP 8.18.161.135. | 2016-11-08 11:14:30
Socket (256) | Error received in OnConnect while connecting. Windows error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. | 2016-11-08 11:14:51

Clearly there is some connectivity problem between Sierra Chart and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed servers. Usually it is caused by a firewall. Try a different Internet service provider if you can. Or a different computer.

Also, there is no need to provide all of the details that you did. We only need to see the Message Log and this is all.
