Hi,

My Sierra charts has stopped receiving live data. This happened this morning as well. The status box in the top left is showing Green and the DF: count is incrementing. I realised there was a problem when I noticed the sierra chart Depth of Market lines are not drawn and the last bars on my chart are from over 3 hours ago. (18:06 and 17:46 - it's 21:10 here now)

I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting but it's not worked. That is what fixed it this morning. I've tried connecting to the TWS gateway instead of TWS Trader workstation and it's not made a difference. The TWS gateway shows all green and 1 API client connected. I don't see errors in the IB log. I see it sending account and position data. It looks like SC is failing to connect to SCData on ds1.sierracharts.com on 8.18.161.135 and ds6.sierracharts.com on 8.18.161.131. Is there a problem with the servers?

I'm only running tests to an IB demo account at the moment so this is not a disaster for me.

I've just tried closing Sierra Charts and restarting and it's still not connecting. My charts from IB TWS and my other brokerage are working fine.
