It is not yet November 1 in any US time zone at this time. You should have been aware of that. Because you activated before November 1, you lost access to the trial for two weeks. It is only going to be active for a few more hours and that is it. Furthermore, you also need to activate a CME exchange. Otherwise, you are not going to get any real-time data. And we did say to wait till November 1 to take advantage of the exchange trial since they only are until the end of the month they are activated in.
