I am a bit lost.
I have an AMP account with CQG as data feed, use Sierra Chart, and nothing has changed from last Friday when running faultlessly simulated trading real-time.
Have 2 identical computer systems, both used last week and worked fine with simulated real time trading, no changes, and both give now same symbol error.
Finding symbol in SC/File/Find Symbol/Futures/F.US.APZ16 December 2016 is correct.
As I see it my end should be OK. Checked www.cqg.com/support which says CQG System Status: All systems are normal.
"Ask my broker" - with the AMP account isn't AMP the broker, should I contact AMP support or what?
