Respectfully, we are not going to get involved in post #11. That is a chargeable support request at 55 USD per hour. Take it or leave it. Please do not argue with us on this point. For the perspective of others, the account making the request is a high support load account to us and is through a broker which we receive very little from. And even if you make referrals and use that as a cause to get extra support, we have no way to validate that, and still this is something we will not get involved in.
