I am doing the 15 day trial. I am trying to practice trading to see if I like Sierra Charts. First problem: I am not getting live data. I have chosen service setting "SC Data All Services" as instructed. It says I am connected "DF:4 ST:2" in green. Yet I am not getting live data to my charts. They are stuck as I set them up last night. Second problem: My DOM does not show that it is getting data. Even when I am in replay mode, it still does not show that it is getting data. I am able to make orders directly off the chart in replay mode. But I want to use the right side of the DOM for making trades. |
