Hi, I have been having different incidents with SC concerning data flow and Dom response. I put on 1 long ES position with a bracket order this morning @ 2125.75 stop @2123.75 profit target @2129.50 I attempted to cancel the stop order, but it did not disappear from the Dom then the price ladder and all functions of the Dom froze. I contacted the trade desk and they informed me the stop was canceled and the market hit my set profit target and I was out of the market. I closed and restarted SC several times and also attempted to download the most recent version of SC and it still shows the same 1448 version like it did not update. I have not been able to re-establish a data connection since this morning. Thanks, Chris Davis |
