What you described here is an impossibility: I changed Max Intraday data to load to 186 in Global settings, I changed Chart Settings days to load to 60, then did the Delete all data and download, and SC downloaded 9 years of intraday data (Date range in file changed to 2007) for each symbol.
Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Make sure the following two settings: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxHistoricalIntradayDaysToDownload Do not exceed 186.
