This is what Gain Capital has said about this: Thank you for your email. We are aware of the issue and have rolled out a fix to SIM. If client needs market data and does not need to trade, we can have the user connect to SIM until a fix to PROD is released. If the customer needs to trade, but cannot connect to PROD with Sierra and the server does not respond to the user, they can connect in OEC Trader.
