OK we did not realize you are using an external service and not a Sierra Chart service. In this case you are connecting to IQ Feed. You will need to contact them for help with it. When a connection is indicated to be lost, Sierra Chart goes through a process of re-downloading historical data to ensure there is no missed historical data. This is absolutely necessary.
