With a Daily chart active for that symbol (we know there will not be any data showing) please select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Let us know if this does not resolve the issue. Please exit from Sierra Chart, then open a "File Explorer" window to be able to access your files. Go to the 'data' folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder and remove the file named 'NQH22-CME.dly'. Then restart Sierra Chart and see if you can get the data for that daily chart. We want you to open a chart for NQH22-CME: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about one symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". I wanted for NQ. But its ok. I fresh installed a new copy of SC and then I was able to download the daily files. Something is wrong related to daily data with my already installed SC
