As of this moment, you do NOT have the "CME Top-of-Book" activated. You DO have the "NYMEX with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" active. You can view what is active and not for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Since you are getting real-time data for NQ, that data is coming from Rithmic. As to the issue you are having trading, we need more information on exactly what is occurring, as there is too much information in this thread for us to go through and figure it all out again. Hi John Sorry, I actually went to add the exchange this morning and pressed activate, but it sent me to add more funds, and after that i thought it had automatically added the CME exchange! I just added it now, so I'll see if the problem persists. Thanks |
