Excellent news! Fairly quick and hopefully painless.

Glad you are up and running and part of the team. We look forward to building a long-term partnership with you for many years to come.

Merry Christmas and welcome aboard!

Best,
Anthony

So far, so good with Stage 5. After figuring out a minor margin issue, things have been progressing nicely, although one issue that remains is a problem using the QuoteBoard with Sierra Chart's flagship Teton CME Order Routing solution thru Stage 5.

Kind of unusable for me at the moment, as the Daily Range fields are still out-of-whack, so to speak, with the new service.

Does your team have any insight as to when Sierra Chart will be able to implement a fix? Hope it's soon, so I can start trading after January 2nd.

Perhaps you can follow-up directly with them, as it does seem to affect all Teton and S5 users.

Hi Team,

I am happy to hear you are enjoying your experiences with Stage 5. That is the whole reason we are here....to help! Reach out for any questions or feedback. No question is a bad question.

Regarding the QuoteBoard issue, I just spoke with Sierra and they recognized a minor issue with the previously applied fix that they are addressing now and should resolve this issue.

Have a great day and let us know if we can help with anything.

Best,
Anthony

Awesome :)

Thanks again for the follow-up, as I'm looking forward to trading in the New Year once this is straightened out.

Looks like the QuoteBoard issue with the Teton Order Routing service and Stage 5 has been fixed in v2461/64-bit (build 44513).

Happy New Year :)

This is not Stage 5 related. And yes it has been resolved.

It is not even Teton related. It has to do with when a price multiplier is used.

It would also affect Rithmic as well.

As this thread has moved away from its original purpose I'd like to clarify Ironbeam's stance on commissions and fees.

The OP was quoted a commission rate by one of our broker-assisted account reps. Once the rep realized that this was a self directed account the fees were corrected. We apologize for the confusion and would like to make it clear that the rates mentioned at the top of this thread are not representative of what a self-directed trader on Sierra Charts would receive from us.

Ironbeam is one of the only CME Group Clearing firms that offers Teton as well as extremely competitive commissions. As an FCM, our rates can depend on trading volume however we offer rates as low as 10 cents per side on micros and 25 cents per side on regular futures (plus exchange/nfa). We will be considering standardizing our rates offered to Teton users to compete with discount firms that do not offer Teton. This will give Sierra users an opportunity to work directly with CME Clearing FCM as well as keep their costs the same or better than a CQG or Rithmic connection.

We wish everyone a happy new year.

Hi Mike, would you be able to share a list of your current margins in effect at Ironbeam for your self-directed Teton users with Sierra Chart?
