Then we need to first concentrate on the Main Instance, so do not do any work in a Sub-Instance, which is what the changes you have been making have been related to. Are both of these installations on the same computer? If so, then you can get the Denali data into both of them. If you are not getting any data into the second installation, then make sure the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. If it is not, then change it to Yes and select OK to close that window. Then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. Both installations are in the same computer and I checked it is already set to Yes.

Then exactly what is the problem you are having on that second installation? There is nothing in your setup that should cause any issues.

I just see Reconnect Wait and when I go connect to data feed in file and click on it nothing happens.

Please copy and paste your Message Log from that second installation to this thread. It sounds like you may have changed the connections to the data server by accident. You need to setup this second installation the same as your first installation. In other words, you need to set it up to connect to your CQG account, unless there is some reason you do not want it connected to your CQG account. You can have multiple connections to Teton order routing: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing We do recommend using Teton order routing if you are trading the CME Group of markets. As noted above, you are best off to use Sub-Instances of one installation rather than trying to get a second Sierra Chart installation to connect to the first.
