First, check that the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. The information you are showing implies that it is set to No. Change it to Yes, then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.

If it is set to Yes already, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We see two items of interest:

Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.

You are having some kind of connection issue. Refer to the information here:
Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem

Symbol Error - SDIV is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Over symbol limit. Limit is 250 symbols.

You are trying to access more than 250 symbols at one time for the U.S. Equities. You are limited to 250 symbols as that is what you have selected when you setup the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You can increase this to 750 symbols which will cost an additional $25.00 per month. Refer to the information here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SymbolLimits

How do I separate the Denali and exchange data feeds? I'm not accessing over 250 symbols, All of the symbols I'm opening are my futures symbols which should be coming from Denali feed to begin with.

I'll look into those firewall settings right now.

Ok. I'm not seeing "MorningStar Forex" when I try to go find Symbols and also don't see a lot of symbols that I should be getting with Exchange Data Feed.

Sierra Chart Historical Data Service

None of these "Included Markets" are showing up on my data feed.

In order to have access to ALL of the Sierra Chart Historical Data, you would have to have your Service set to SC Data - All Services.

The best way to do this, given that you are connecting to CQG for your Futures Trading would be to install a separate Sierra Chart installation that has the Service set to SC Data - All Services and use that installation to view the Forex and historical data. Refer to the following:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart

Ok, I have done but I still don't get all of the markets listed on this page:
Specifically what?

The only historical bond data that is available would be Would be CBOT bond futures data. You can find those symbols and File >> Find Symbol >>Futures-CBOT.

There is no other data available like this.

For example "ZQK21-CBOT" and all of the other tickers - I only get data going back to 2018... I need more historical data for all of them!

And why I don't see I "FINRA", "US Mutual Funds
" and others under available markets that's supposed to be included with this data feed?

Those's are 'Over the counter' symbols. With Regards to 'FINRA' - I'm interested in the margin data like they have here: https://www.finra.org/investors/learn-to-invest/advanced-investing/margin-statistics

OK. How about these: Put/Call Volume Ratio, New Highs/New Low Ratio. These are some of the important market statistics but can't seem to find them with all of the money being paid to have all these data feeds.

Regarding post #41, we did find the information and restored the list of symbols. They are listed here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Indices#INDEX

We do not provide any technical support for those symbols. You just have to accept the data they provide.

The data is what it is. If that is what you see, that is what is provided.
