By the end of next week you will need to enable the EUREX exchange. So yes you will eventually have to do that anyway.

The EUREX data feed is now being received in real time. I signed the related documents and activated the EUREX exchange. However I've noticed another potential problem regarding historic data loaded prior to December 2020. It's like it's not intact or fragmented as lots of the data is missing. See the daily chart attached. |

OK thanks - mine is now updating in real time! Could you clarify the total cost please going forward from next month? I see there are various parts to the subscription - could you just summarise the whole package please? |

There are 2 parts to the subscription. 1. The Denali Exchange Data Feed. This costs $20.00 USD per month. 2. The exchange fees themselves. This is $25.00 USD for the EUREX exchange. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Pricing For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

This afternoon while following the EUREX DAX feed, there was a temporary period where the feed went down between 15:01 - 15:05 GMT. Attached is a screenshot of IQ Feed with no interruption and comparison of your feed. I've also attached a screenshot of the message log with a time stamp of when the feed went down and reconnected. Have you seen the same thing on your side or were you doing some work which resulted in the feed going down? |

Regarding post #30, the answer to this is here: Irreparable data outage on new Denali EUREX feed. We apologize we did not get to it yesterday. We were totally overwhelmed with postings related to a TT order routing issue and one affected broker. This should also have been posted in another thread. We are now locking this thread.
