Sorry no. And since we have been unable to reproduce it or determine why it is occurring, we need to move on to other issues, so we will not be looking at this again for awhile.

But you said you would look at the code, and could see the difference betwee mine and your platform when it came to reading the High/Low value for the bar? I've been waiting patiently for weeks now... you saw my system and saw how important this feature is to my trading. I simply cannot use sierra until this simple thing is fixed. AND the alternatives of using studies to invert charts, do not allow for drawing replication. Why is this so difficult but so easy on other platforms? Please respond soon. If you want money to just improve this, then please ask and I will pay it. Else you will be losing a 5 year+ member. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-03-09 21:56:17

We have finally figured out that this is coming from using a large storage time unit (like 1 minute). We will look into fixing this and should have something in a few days. In the meantime, one of the things you can do to get rid of the issue is to store the data as tick-by-tick. Undoubtedly closer, and as one goes further from 1min charts the harder it is to see.. but still there, pic attached. The wicks seem to only be drawn from one side, on the inverted. Charts are GBPAUD of 20th March 2020. Separate issue, a horizontal line which is drawn on a chart, after inversion, this horizontal line hides itself. Not a crucial point, but it is not consistent with the much improved replication feature overall. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-03-21 00:51:28

We definitely cannot do any better with this. You just need to accept it how it is or discontinue the use of Sierra Chart. There also is no technical logic, to even accomplish what you want. Assuming what you say is even correct. We did not look but we know there is nothing further that can be done. Separate issue, a horizontal line which is drawn on a chart, after inversion, this horizontal line hides itself. Not a crucial point, but it is not consistent with the much improved replication feature overall. We will look into this.

This makes no sense at all given that a) you didn't look b) conclusive evidence, if you did look, that a simple inversion does not invert correctly, and your own staff member John confirms this You just need to accept it how it is or discontinue the use of Sierra Chart
It is useless how it is, so why would a user accept it? But don't worry, I will discontinue as soon as possible specifically due to your attitude. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-05-23 17:21:20
