Super slow Order "Filled" updates from TDAmeritrade to SC?

Regarding the problem with canceling orders, we did now discover what that issue is from. This is from the TD Ameritrade documentation:

If the orderid is not in the associated account, then the accountid must be specified

The account ID was not being specified so we will specify that. This will be out in the next release in a couple of days.

Disregard post #23 and #24. We now realize what the problem is. The Account ID was not specified when getting the order status every five seconds for the open orders.

The documentation was not clear about this.

This will be solved in the next release.

We realize the reason for the misunderstanding. When you posted this:
I tried prerelease 1337 and it didn't resolve the issue. I will wait and download full version 1337 and let you know if that works....

Apparently it was quickly read over and we mistakenly interpreted didn't as did, and that is why there was no further response for us because we had thought it was resolved. Otherwise, at the time we would have looked at it again.

Update Sierra Chart to the latest revision of 1355 by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

I am experiencing an issue when making a singe autotrade using my TDAmertrade account. For some reason I am getting two back to back order fill messages in the trade activity log for a single order. The order is filling only once as expected but the duplicate fill messages causes an incorrect number in my cell J5 and J8 for Position Quantity. See attached link showing a screenshot from my trade activity log.

This issue is causing double orders and glitches in my automated trading spreadsheet.

Any ideas why the double entries for fills are happening?
