Yes we can see you are on service package 5 now. You just need to re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. Volume bars in the Volume by Price study can be colored based on percentages. I find out, that identical is only volumes from last (dec15) contract. Other past contracts have differences. You know why?

We had a look at this. And historical tick by tick data is supported for historical data downloading for expired futures contracts as well.
