Back adjusted continuous futures contracts will be a great addition to this service.

Perhaps later, we do not foresee getting involved in this now.

At the outset, please accept my sincere appreciation for both the diligent and clever work done by the SC Engineering Team. Although I have only been using SC for a couple months, it is quickly becoming my go to platform. I would definitely be interested in a CME feed (as well as domestic US equity) when it becomes available. Being a user of SC package #5, a large history of tick data is essential to make the most out of the included MarketProfile, VolumeProfile and other volume studies. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to learning more about the feed as it becomes available.

Great to hear all of this. I'm super excited about the new spreadsheets! How will this feed compare with the CTS feed? What might some advantages be? So far I have had excellent performance and accuracy with the CTS feed. Far better than all of the other providers I've tried (which is pretty much all of them). I am currently using CTS for futures, FXCM fix for FX, TD for realtime equities, and SC services for Barchart EOD, and everything else I can't find.. I usually have 3-5 copies of SC open...Which is actually a plus as it would be too hard to manage all of this from one copy... Cheers! And thanks for everything. In regards to back adjusted historical data, we will add support for that. We have been privately told the important need for this. Not sure the data feed we will be offering will be better with CTS T4 in the area of real-time data. It will be the same. We would hope that latency will be less. We can tell you though historical data will be much faster and there will be a lot more tick history available. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. New trade condition and market center fields are now included in the live stream and history, indicating the type of trade (such as regular, intermarket sweep, form T, open, closing, cross trades, average price, etc) and showing which exchange a trade has occurred on. Can we now access these fields in SC? Not at this time: Cheers Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level 1- Are you planning to make these accessible? 2- Will they be accessible in your new data feed? |

1. Yes, please allow us some time to get this done. 2. Not sure because to our knowledge there are no special codes from the CME. Do you guys have any more guidance on the chances of the CME data feed actually happening? I'm trying to decide if I should commit to a discounted 1 year data subscription from another vendor. I would prefer the software/data bundle mentioned in this thread. thanks |

We expect this will be coming, but it's likely to be still 3 months away.

1. You have an outstanding product. Period. 2. Your documentation is the most extensive I have seen and it is written in an easy, conversational style. 3. You are constantly making it better in tiny and large increments. About your question: The SC data feed sounds like a great idea and at the price points you are considering I'd sign up, but I have two questions of my own: A. How would it work for indirect customers? B. What might be the potential disadvantages (if any) of switching to your data feed? (I trade precious metals (CME), some Brent (IPE), ES and NQ, real basic and only futures). Thanks. |

1-3. Thank you for the comments. A. You will need a direct paid account. B. None. It will be fully integrated with the particular trading service you are using and will work very well. It will not provide any ICE data, that would still come from your broker/trading service data feed. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
