I've read a few posts but want to confirm prior to upgrading: do I need service package 11 to run Sierra Chart on 3 separate PCs simultaneously if I'm not accessing live data on any of them, or would I need to setup a 2nd account instead? I'm on service package 3 and only running market replays on all 3 PCs but can't login to Sierra Chart on the 3rd at the moment, as my logon has "exceeded the number of allowed systems". I tried disconnecting from data and set the "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" option to No on the first 2 PCs but still can't login to the 3rd setup.

Really we would recommend just using one computer and running three installations of Sierra Chart on that computer.

This is supported:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time

We think it would be better to upgrade that computer, if necessary, to more capabilities with more CPU cores, and memory. Rather than involving multiple computers.

I'm using multiple PCs as I'm running many backtests on separate instances (to distribute processing load) simultaneously on each PC (e.g. 16-24 backtests on the 1st, 8-16 on the 2nd). The first PC is a new setup with fairly upgraded specs and the second PC is my old computer; the 3rd PC is a laptop which I plan on controlling the other 2 PCs with as well as run backtests and develop ACSIL studies on. Is it possible to access Sierra Chart on all 3 at the same time from one account or would I need multiple?

We have to look into this. We think at service package 11 or 12 you can use 3 systems but we have to check. You should not need a second account.

We are confirming service package 11 and service package 12 allow Sierra Chart to be used on three systems at the same time but this is completely separate from the use of data feeds and compliance with exchanges.
