Hello, is there a setting to modify an infinite rectangle so that the vertical lines, horizontal lines, and the fill color are not displayed? I only need the centerline between two points.

The Fill can be toggled on/off, refer to the option for "Fill" at following link:
Chart Drawing Tools: Rectangle | Extending Rectangle | Ellipse | Triangle Configuration

And the left and right sides can be toggled on/off as well. Refer to the item for "No Vertical Outline" at the link given above.

But the top and bottom lines cannot be removed.

We would recommend using the "Parallel Rays" tool instead of the Rectangle for what you are trying to do. You can hold down the "CTRL" key in order to get a horizontal ray. You can then set the top and bottom and turn on a line at the 50% point and hide the top and bottom lines. You can also set this up as a configuration, so you will only see the middle line after you place the top and bottom rays. Refer to the following:
Chart Drawing Tools: Parallel Rays
