What is the last version of Sierra Chart prior to the activation of the current graphics menu. The current menu is completely inadequate as it doesn't allow for start and end time and the number of different configurations is limited to 10. I need to use the old menu system.

The window for "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings" has not changed. The attached is an image of this window in the latest pre-release. Are you referring to something else? The global tool config menu. This also applies to the individual chart graphics properties menu. The Global tool config menu only allows 10 configs whereas the original allowed 20 and start and end times were able to be saved.

What do you mean by the "Global Tool Config Menu" and how does this relate to the "chart graphics properties" menu? If you are referring to a specific drawing properties/configuration window, then we would need to know which drawing type you are referring to. Please give us the specific information on how you access the particular item you are referring to, so we can properly answer your questions regarding it. There should not be any difference in the available functionality with a new window, and if there is, then we will correct it, but we need to know the specific item you are referring to. I wish I had a picture for the previous graphics settings menu. The current graphics settings does not save the info I need. The previous menu worked on the global and individual chart drawings. You won't correct it because I asked previously and was ignored. Please give me the last version number of the program previous to the menu change.

We can't give you a version since we still do not know what you are referring to. Take an image of the new window so we can see what you are referring to. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

These are the menus I'm talking about. I want to use the version of Sierra Chart that was used prior to the introduction of these menus.

On these windows, you have the option to access ALL the configurations, not just 10. Select the "SaveConfig" tab at the top and you can select the specific configuration number you want in the "Tool Configuration (List)" entry. And with regards to the Start and End times, there are entries for "Use Start Time" and "Use End Time" on the Configuration version of the window. Set these to "Yes" and then enter the times you want. These items will not be on the Properties version of the window, as they are only for setting an initial location - this is always how it worked. We cannot tell you what version did not have these windows. We really do not know exactly. But these windows are what Sierra Chart is moving forward with. You really need to get used to these new windows. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you. There were no instructions when these menus were introduced and I didn't see the Use Start and End Times settings, my fault on that.

Thank you for the instructions. The video was extremely helpful. I was ready to complain again but it showed what I have to do.

The new menus are good but the Global Config settings is missing a save button. It is too easy to miss pressing the enter key after changing a value.

It may be easiest to use the "SaveConfig" tab for what you are doing. There is a "Save" and "Load" button on that tab so it is a bit easier to understand when you are saving/loading a different configuration.
