Foot print chart isn't showing any imbalances

I've been trying to set up my footprint chart, but it doesn't show me any of the imbalances. My bidxask are always at a larger number than zero on opening and closes of candles. Is there any way to change this I'm currently on the bar period type (days-min-secs) at 5 minutes which is the only one that would show me more than two numbers. On New York Time zone as well just none of my numbers are starting or ending with zero on the tail ends.

What is the symbol of that chart? It does not make any sense to us because it looks like it is NQ but the price scale are not NQ numbers at all.
