Cannot Deactivate Denali

I was haing issues with IB and I signed up for Denali to see if that fixed the problem. I fixed the IB issue and I cannot find where to deactivate the monthlz charge for Denali. We have taken care of deactivating the Additional Data Downloads for your account. You were just charged for this on April 1, 2025, so you have these additional downloads for the rest of this month. You will not be charged again next month (May 1, 2025). With regards to the EUREX data, we do not have support for EUREX data from any outside data feed (including Interactive Brokers). Therefore, if you are wanting to get the data for EUREX, you will need to continue to get it from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
