Issue running two copies of Sierra Chart

I copied an existing Sierra Chart installation in a new directory.

I use different propfirm accounts on each version.

I use the same (renamed) chartbook on each account.

Now when i have both Sierra Chart versions running and open a trade on one version, the trade also shows on several charts of the other version.

How can this be fixed?

What you are stating should definitely not be occurring according to what you have stated of the setup.

The first thing you need to check is that the "Data/Trade Service Settings" are in fact different in the two installations. Make sure you are not connecting to the same account in both installations.

If not the above, then the only other possibility is that you are actually viewing the charts for one installation and thinking they are for the other. Are these detached windows, such that it is not obvious which installation they are associated with?

Another possibility, but this is a bit outside of Sierra Chart itself, would be if you are using a Trade Copier tool that copies trades between separate accounts. The "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" that is built into Sierra Chart does not allow for copying between accounts, but there are third party tools that do this.

The "Data/Trade Service Settings" are the same, because of the same prop firm.

In each copy i selected a different account for each trade window

Is this an issue?
