Is there a way to copy just the alerts, that were created from the general settings, from one instance to another instance.

No. All of the global settings (including alert setups) are stored in the file named "Sierra4.config" that is located in the main Sierra Chart installation folder. You can copy this file between installations, but you get all the settings, not just the alerts.
