Hi Engineer, I am having a problem with how to get the alert messages set to be delivered to my mobile device, I have read the explanation document on the official website, but I still don't understand how to realize this function, does it have to be done through telegram in order to send or receive the messages? Is it necessary to use telegram to send or receive messages? And is there a delay? Please help me to solve this problem, thanks!

Hi john, I went to the link you mentioned, but the problem is still not solved, now in the ntfy application shows the problem is “login failed, the user is not authorized to access” this should be how to solve it, thank you!

Most likely you did not enter the Username correctly when you were setting it up. Please go through the instructions again and be very careful with the Username that you are entering. It is best to copy/paste due to the length as noted in the instructions.
