Hello, I’m having trouble connecting to Sierra Chart. The platform is stuck on “Connecting”, and it won’t establish a connection. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Checked my internet connection (working fine). Restarted Sierra Chart and ran it as Administrator. Verified my data feed credentials under Global Settings > Data/Trade Service Settings. Attempted to disconnect and reconnect the data feed. Checked for firewall/antivirus interference. Updated Sierra Chart to the latest version. I’m using Rithmic, and my broker is stage Five. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Let me know if you need any additional details. Rithmic is having issues today with their servers in Chicago. Others have stated that connecting to another server (not in Chicago - Sao Paulo for instance has been suggested) is working.
