SC not Connecting to Rithmic Data Feed

Hi SC, My SC platform has stopped connecting to Rithmic data feed. Everything was working fine this morning until around 20mins ago. I've also emailed Rithmic. Unsure if the problem is with SC or Rithmic? Please help. Thanks. |

Same here. From another thread: Frankfurt non-agg server is working. Looks like its Chicago server issue.

Rithmic is having a problem with their Chicago server for Sierra Chart. We have notified them about this. This is a Rithmic issue.

Use a different location @User703411, I tried Sao Paulo, others have tried Frankfurt, not ideal but a workaround. Try this at your own risk |

From Rithmic: Rithmic is experiencing an ISP outage and is working on a resolution.
While Rithmic Operations are working with the ISP on a resolution, file uploads have been paused. The issue may also affect Sierra Charts connections via the Chicago Gateway. Rithmic Support will follow up with more updates once available. For the time being try using a server other than a Chicago server. Had the same issue. Still not resolved but in an attempt to figure out a solution you can trade through the Rithmic Trader Pro Application. I used SC DATA feed in Sierra Chart for charting and then just entered and closed trades through the Rithmic Trader App. Not ideal but it works in a pinch. Leaving this for anyone in the future who experiences a similar issue, or you could try connecting to a different server in Sierra Chart as others mentioned before. Good luck trading!
