Hello, This is what I do: -open sierra chart software -create new chartbook -select a symbol (F.US.EPH26) - open intraday chart -that I have the bellow errors: What can I do? Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. * 2025-03-24 16:03:36.788 | DTC Client socket (4) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. 2025-03-24 16:03:36.788 | DTC Client socket (4) | Closed. 2025-03-24 16:03:43.733 | Socket (3) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. * 2025-03-24 16:03:43.733 | Socket (3) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side. 2025-03-24 16:03:43.734 | Socket (3) | Closed. I have tried to turn off the firewall, reinstall sierrachart, checking the AMP/CQG side (was ok), but for the moment I still have the errors. |
