Interpretation of Number Bars Cal values

Can you please explain how a finish delta value can be larger than the Max/Min Delta value within the same bar/time period? For example, in this pic you can see that the negative finish delta is a larger number (more negative number) than the Min Delta (labeled as "Max Negative Delta") of the bar. Shouldn't the Max Neg (or pos) delta always be the largest neg (or pos) value during the designated time period? Thx
