Sierra Chart - Running program without showing chart data

Hello, my Sierra Chart is running, I´am getting data for 5Min chart, but there is no chart for next candles till this time. Please see my attached screen, I have tried to reload chart, but without a result. What I have to do now for getting next chart values like before? thanks |

Your chart is showing data up to 08:15:00. Are you stating that the actual time for the time zone of the chart is forward from 08:15:00, so you are not getting any new data in the chart? If so, then our best guess is that you have the "Lock Fill Space" option enabled and you are not scrolled to the end of the chart.
