Chart from non-active chartbook appearing in active chartbook

When I have multiple chartbooks open (same instance) I will sometimes get a chart appearing from a different chartbook in the active chartbook. See the attached pictures. I have the 'MHI' chartbook active yet the 3min chart from the 'K200M' chartbook is being shown. When I click it, it becomes active but the tab at the bottom still shows the previous chart as being selected. Its obviously not part of the chartbook as there's no tab at the bottom for the chart. Any ideas?

Update - after minimising all the charts I found there are actually 2 'phantom' charts - both are 3min charts from the 'K200' chartbook
